CHEMICAL CONTROL BUILDINGS - YANBU PETROCHEMICAL PROJECT

Design, supply and erection of chemical control buildings, including all the associated electro-mechanical works, HVAC, cable infrastructure (cable tray, supports, entries, raised flooring), cable installation for all telecommunication networks, fire and gas systems.

TEMPORARY CAMP FACILITIES FOR HAWIYAH NGL RECOVERY PLANT

Site preparation, construction, operation and maintenance of temporary camp/accommodation facilities for Hawiyah NGL Recovery Plant. Scope of work includes construction of asphalt roads/walkways, parking areas with complete signage and car parking shelters, and all associated temporary facilities.

NEW REGIONAL MANAGEMENT HQ BUILDING

Comprised of 11 floors and 2 basements, the new building, which is set to become one of Riyadh’s latest landmarks, will stand on a 15,400m2 plot of land with a total built-up area of over 51,000 m2.

3 km asphalt taxiway and runway, apron, apron lighting, airfield markings and signage, new administration and VIP buildings, terminal building, new cargo complex and fire and rescue building, including all infrastructure and utility facilities.

ROYAL TERMINAL – RIYADH AIR BASE

Linking of New Terminal to the existing Terminal No.3 to form a single complex. This new Terminal is used for Royal Departures and arrivals. It consists of two wings, with separate drop off areas for the Royal Family Members.

SULTAN BIN ABDUL AZIZ CITY FOR HUMANITARIAN SERVICES

The project includes a 400-bed medical complex consisting of an ambulatory care center, recovery center, rehabilitation center, transitional housing, administration and education facilities, child development center, auditorium and support facilities.

SAQR AL-JAZIRA MUSEUM - PHASE I

Design, construct, and furnish Saqr Al-Jazira Aviation Museum. The project comprises a double height building of about 8,000 m² with a mezzanine floor of 1200 m², which allows viewing of aircraft and other exhibits below. Nesma & Partners completed this project within a 6-month period. The museum was inaugurated during the centennial celebrations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

ATHEIB VILLAGE (RESIDENTIAL COMPOUND)

Construction of a Western family compound comprising 12 duplex executive villas of 600 m2 each and 27 single floor executive villas of 300 m2 each. All villas are fully furnished, including central A/C, telephone, CCTV and satellite TV systems.

AL-YAMAMAH HUNTER PROJECT - PHASE III

Construction and furnishing of ship repair shop, administration building, non-magnetic control building, warehouses, external plant buildings, power generation, chillers, underground utilities such as sewage & water network, electricity and telecom networks, roads and paving, slope protection and a seawater intake plant.

PRINCE SULTAN BIN ABDULAZIZ GROUP OF FACILITIES

Design, construct and furnish an expansion to a “city”, covering site development (200,000 m²), utilities infrastructure, 150 buildings (100,000m²), including administrative offices, housing units, equipment maintenance and storage facilities, plant facilities and reservoirs, complete with central air-conditioning and electro-mechanical systems.

SASREF NEW HEADQUARTERS BUILDING

A 3-storied reinforced concrete structure of around 6000 m2 built-up area faced with pre-cast concrete panels with provision for a 4th floor in the future. This is a very well designed administration building that stands out as a distinguished landmark on the main highway of Jubail Industrial City.

MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL & PAVING WORKS

This project was awarded as a “wrap up” package to complete considerable and diverse works excluded from previous contract packages. The main part of the works included completion of roadwork, paving, planters and hard landscaping around the arrival, departure and concourse buildings, which incorporated some 15000 m2 of polished and flame finished Saudi granites (Violetta and Silver Pearl) granite clad octagonal planters, white concrete central planters, bridge deck expansion joint installation and asphalt paving of arrival road deck. Other works included design and erection of a 25 m high structural steel tower, fencing, 20 km of unpaved roads, rerouting and modification of the existing roads.
