Nesma & Partners Contracting Co. Ltd. is a member of Nesma Holding Co. Ltd, and effectively operates as its engineering & construction arm. For the past two decades, and up until 2003, Nesma Holding’s involvement in the engineering and construction sectors took place through Nesma Construction Group, which operated within the scope of three affiliated companies: Nesma & Alfadl Contracting Co. Ltd. for civil and building services, AGAP Arabia Ltd. for industrial construction services and Nesma-Emcor Co. Ltd. for electro-mechanical services.

In 2004, the three companies operating under the umbrella of Nesma Construction Group were integrated and merged as Nesma & Partners Contracting Co. Ltd.

This integration is aimed to better provide services to our clients through a unified, “built in”, decision-making process. Nesma & Partners now includes all the three specialized disciplines of the construction trade: civil and building division, industrial-mechanical division, and electro-mechanical division. Nesma & Partners is certified to ISO 9001:2000 as well as ASME ‘A’ and ‘PP’ code stamps.

Nesma & Partners is a recognized leader in the fields of oil & gas, petrochemicals, power and water. The company is involved in major construction work in the Kingdom and the broader Gulf region, and its construction expertise is constantly expanding with the application of new technologies.
