Our workforce is made up of hardworking and ambitious people who are passionate about continuously developing and growing their skill sets. We are proud to offer a range of programs that enable our employees to spend nearly 20 hours every year on training & upskilling.

From programs for new hires ramping up on the team to technical certifications and soft skills training for existing employees who want to grow their skill set, we foster a culture of continuous learning across the entire organization.

Short title

Induction Training

for new hires, carried out by head office for all Grade 5 employees and above. On sites, this training is done for all employees by site HR coordinators.

Third-party Training

as required for specific projects. We are offering programs like Contractors' Work Permit Receiver Program, Basic Life Support, First Aid, and others. We also partner with vocational institutes like the National Construction Training Center, which Nesma sponsors.

In-house Training

is held by certified trainers and offered based on annual performance appraisal requirements & our training needs analysis & identification program.

We also conduct soft skills training across a wide range of topics related to workplace behavior and personal development. We offer programs like communication skills, leadership challenges, time management, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, team management, negotiation skills, stress management, and decision-making.
