As of 2023, we have completed 200+ projects, actively employ 35,000+ people, and own 10,000+ pieces of equipment and vehicles.
Since our entry into the field of construction in 1981, we have acquired the know-how, expertise, and resources to undertake major projects of different contractual formats (Design-Build, Engineering Procurement & Construction - EPC, Lump-Sum Turnkey, and others) from inception through to completion and hand over, meeting all challenges and client requirements. Nesma & Partners has constructed a large number of diversified projects throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Many of these projects have been undertaken on a turnkey basis, meeting a high level of technical and aesthetic excellence.
Throughout our projects, we always ensure that we leverage our in-house engineering capabilities, which include:
- Design development (60% to 100%) and preparation of issued-for-construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
- Review of 2nd party design drawings
- Utility coordination and clash detection
- Vendor coordination and vendor drawings review
