Nesma & Partners and Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA) Signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)


[Riyadh, February 26, 2024] – Nesma & Partners, the leading contracting company in Saudi Arabia, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA) to establish cooperation between both parties to consolidate their efforts and align their collaboration for developing the contracting sector in the Kingdom.

 

The MoU was signed during the International Contracting Conference (ICC) organized by SCA by Abdullah Saleh Al Monshit, Localization Manager at Nesma & Partners, and Taha Ahmed Alsafi, Chief of Industry Development, SCA under the patronage of HE Majid Al-Hogail, the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.

 

This collaboration will focus on areas of mutual interest, including enhancing joint work to improve the services provided to the contracting sector, exchanging expertise and technical consultations in the contracting field, and supporting possible research and development activities between the two parties.

 

Regarding the collaboration, Abdullah Al Monshit stated, “We are thrilled to partner with the SCA to serve the development of the Contracting Sector in the Kingdom and build a strategic collaboration with SCA to facilitate knowledge sharing, training, and capacity building.” He continued, “this a significant milestone for Nesma & Partners to cement our commitment to localization and nationalization in the contracting sector in the Kingdom.”

 

The signing of this MoU marks an important milestone for Nesma & Partners and SCA, providing a solid foundation for future joint initiatives and setting an excellent example for the strategic collaboration between the private sector and the regulatory authorities in the Kingdom to build a brighter future for our communities.
